Choose “ICO file” for just that, or “Full set” for a ZIP that also contains the named PNGs a modern site references — favicon-16x16, favicon-32x32, apple-touch-icon (180), and the 192 and 512 PWA icons — plus a ready-to-edit site.webmanifest. A square logo works best; if yours is not square, choose whether to crop it to a square or fit the whole thing and pad the edges.
