Refund Policy

If EasyImage is not right for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. You can cancel at any time.
Full refund within 14 days
Ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, monthly or yearly, and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. Your plan ends when the refund is issued.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not refunded as standard, because you can cancel before a renewal at any time. If a renewal charged you by mistake, for example if you meant to cancel and could not, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will sort it out fairly.
Cancelling
You can cancel whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed after that. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@easyimage.io from the address on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to the payment method you used. How long they take to appear depends on your bank.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to your rights under consumer law in your country. It does not take any of them away. See also our Terms of Service.
