EasyImage is built to keep as little about you as it can. Tools that run in your browser never upload your file, and uploaded files delete themselves on a schedule. This page explains exactly what we collect and why.
1. Who is responsible
EasyImage is operated by Ayoub Khan, an individual based in Pakistan, who is responsible for your personal data. Contact: support@easyimage.io.
2. What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Files you upload to server-based tools, and the results we produce. Tools marked as running on your device never send us the file.
- Usage records: which tool ran, when, file sizes and formats, and credits used. We keep these so your history, credits and limits work.
- Page views: the path of each page viewed (for example “/pricing”), with no query string and nothing that identifies you.
- Technical data: your IP address, used to apply rate limits and stop abuse.
- Payment details are collected by Paddle, not by us. We never see your card number. Paddle tells us your plan, subscription status and billing email.
3. Why we use it
- To run the tools you choose and deliver your results.
- To provide your account, credits, plan limits and history.
- To take payment and manage your subscription, through Paddle.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
- To reply when you contact us.
We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your images to train AI models. We do not look at your files except where needed to investigate abuse or at your request.
4. How long we keep it
Uploaded files and results are deleted automatically after:
- Without an account: 1 hour
- Free plan: 1 day
- Starter plan: 7 days
- Pro plan: 7 days
- Business plan: 30 days
Account details are kept while you have an account. Billing and credit records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting.
5. Who processes it for us
We use these providers, each only for the purpose listed:
- Hostinger hosts the website and the processing servers.
- Supabase stores accounts, sign-in sessions and job records, and sends sign-in emails.
- Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded files and results until they are deleted.
- Resend delivers account emails such as confirmation and password reset.
- Replicate runs AI upscaling and background removal; it receives only the image you choose to process.
- Adobe (PDF Services) converts Word, Excel and PowerPoint files to and from PDF; it receives only the file you choose to convert, and we delete it from Adobe as soon as the conversion is done.
- Paddle processes payments as Merchant of Record and handles billing and tax.
- Google signs you in, only if you choose “Continue with Google”.
These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. They are bound to protect it and use it only to provide their service.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use only what the site needs to work: a sign-in session cookie, and your browser’s local storage to remember your light or dark theme and whether you have dismissed an offer. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and its data. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email support@easyimage.io.
8. Security
Files are stored privately under random names and are reachable only through short-lived links. Connections use HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need, for as short a time as we can.
9. Children
EasyImage is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change. For significant changes we will give notice on the site or by email. See also our Terms of Service.
