Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you use EasyImage, with or without an account. By using the service you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed past, so they are kept short.

1. Who we are

EasyImage is operated by Ayoub Khan, an individual based in Pakistan (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@easyimage.io.

2. The service

EasyImage provides online tools for working with images: compressing, converting, resizing, editing, and AI-assisted features such as upscaling and background removal. Some tools run entirely in your browser and never upload your file; others upload it to our servers to be processed. Each tool page says which.

3. Accounts

Many tools work without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. Give accurate information, and tell us if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. Your files

  • You keep all rights to the images you upload and the results you download.
  • You give us permission to store and process your files only as needed to run the tool you chose and deliver the result to you.
  • Uploaded files and results are deleted automatically when your plan’s retention window ends, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You must have the right to use every file you upload. Do not upload content you are not allowed to share or edit.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use EasyImage to:

  • process content that is illegal, or that sexualises minors in any way;
  • infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
  • remove or obscure another party’s watermark or ownership mark;
  • attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits, including by creating multiple accounts;
  • upload malware or files crafted to harm our systems.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Plans, credits and billing

  • Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly in advance. They renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
  • Plans include credits, which are spent on metered tools. Each tool shows its cost before you run it. Unused credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • Prices are shown on our pricing page. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
  • Promotional discounts apply only as described in the offer, for example to the first payment, and only until the offer ends.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, sales tax and VAT, invoices, and billing questions, and provides customer service for orders and handles returns. Paddle’s own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. If you are not happy, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. See our Refund Policy.

8. AI features

AI tools produce generated results. An upscaled image contains detail the model predicts rather than detail recovered from the original, and results can be imperfect. Check a result before relying on it.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep EasyImage available and your results accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove tools and features. If we remove something central to a paid plan you are on, we will tell you, and you may cancel.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. Keep your own copy of any file that matters: uploads are deleted automatically, and we are not a backup service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

11. Ending your use

You may stop using EasyImage at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we will give notice on the site or by email before they take effect.
